Mama’s Stir-Fried Sichuan Broccoli
Add some spice to your spread with this quick and easy side!
Cut 1 head of broccoli into long spears and steam until bright green. While the broccoli is steaming, stir fry 4 rough chopped green onions, 2 cloves of smashed garlic and a small handful of whole hot dry red chilies in oil. Toss in broccoli and drizzle with soy sauce and a bit of sesame oil.
Mama’s Special Touch: Top with sesame seeds and/or my Spicy Sichuan Peanuts for that tingly Sichuan peppercorn zing!
